Easy Spicy Peanut Sauce.⁣

This is an absolute staple here in my house – definitely in rotation on the weekly here. ⁣

Usually I add some crispy tofu as well that I bake in the oven for some plant based protein to the dish. ⁣

While I’m using peanut butter here feel free to use whatever nut or seed butter you desire. ⁣

Both @sunbutter and almond butter work amazing in replacement. ⁣

The recipe makes two servings – and while I did measure for this recipe usually I just eyeball it and flavour depending on what spices I have on hand. ⁣

To make you’ll need:⁣

– 1/4 cup peanut butter⁣
– 1 tbsp tamari⁣
– 1 tsp sesame oil⁣
– 1 tsp minced ginger⁣
– 1 pinch pepper⁣
– 1 dash chilli to taste⁣
– 3 tbsp water⁣

Simply mix all of the ingredients together and pour on top of noodles / veggies / protein of your choice. ⁣
