EASY OLIVE DAMPER🍞🥳

Ingredients:
1️⃣3.5 cups GF self raising flour
2️⃣1/2 cup cornmeal
3️⃣3/4 cup grated Parmesan (sub vegan)
4️⃣50 g chilled chopped butter (sub vegan)
5️⃣1 cup sliced olives, half green and half black (can sub sundried tomatoes or other add ins)
6️⃣1 tbls of rosemary, 1 tbls oregano
7️⃣2 cups @pureharvest new lush almond milk

DIRECTIONS:
1️⃣preheat oven to 200°C and line a circular tin with parchment
2️⃣combine flour, cornmeal, and half the Parmesan in a large bowl and season the mix
3️⃣rub the butter into the mixture with your fingers until the mixture resembles bread crumbs
4️⃣add the olives and herbs and stir to combine. Make a well in the centre of the mix
5️⃣pour in the almond milk and stir until a soft sticky dough forms
6️⃣dump dough onto a well floured surface and knead until just smooth
7️⃣shape the dough into a prepared pan
8️⃣use a knife time cut a cross on the top of the dough and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan
9️⃣bake for 45 mins or until lost top is hard
🔟serve warm with butter or olive oil 🥵😎🤯
