Easy Homemade Healthy Oat Balls
These are packed with protein and can be fill with your favorite goodies☺ Did I mention NOBAKED

✔What you will need:

2 cups rolled oats
1/3-1cup of nuts of choice slightly crushed. I use peanuts or almonds.
2tsp cinnamon( optional)
1/4 tsp salt
1 Cup of Dates pitted
1/3 cup of peanut butter
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of Chocolate chip, dried fruit, or both.
3Tbs of Maple syrup.
1/4 cup of ground Flaxseeds

?How to Make:
1. Soak Dates in hot water for 10minutes. Chop very fine or place in food processor with peanut butter, vanilla extract, maple, flax seeds and salt. Mix until well combined.

2. Mix Date mixture and the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl and cover. Place in the refrigerator for 1- 1.5 hours or until cool. ( This will help the mixture hold )
3. Roll them into balls and enjoy

Place in container in fridge for up to 1/week or in a freezer safe bagfor up to 3 months.
