EASY 4 INGREDIENT ALMOND BARS 🤩 one of my fav things to make when I want a quick + easy sweet treat!

No baking required, simply set in the freezer and they’re ready 🤩 This recipe makes a small serve, if you want a bigger slice you can use more of the ingredients – the key is making sure the mixture sticks together.

1 cup almond flour (130g)
1/4 cup peanut butter (100g)
2 tbsp maple syrup (50g)
Dark choc to melt (approx 80g)

1️⃣ Place the almonds in a blender and blend down into a flour. Transfer to a bowl.
2️⃣ Heat the peanut butter until runny and add to the almond flour. Add the maple syrup and mix together until it sticks together. Transfer to a small container with lining paper and set in the freezer for 30 mins.
3️⃣ Melt the dark choc. Stir and let it cool for a few mins. Meanwhile take the almond mix out of the freezer and cut into bars.
4️⃣ Drizzle the melted chocolate over the bars. Enjoy!! Store in a container in the fridge.
