Duck Spring Rolls (vegan or meaty) ?

Duck spring rolls are and will always be the elite spring roll, fight me! And whether you’re a meat eater, veggie, or vegan you can enjoy them too with my easy recipe (especially ft Linda’s heavenly veggie duck hehe)!

Recipe (serves 2):
1 pack @lindamccartneyfoods hoisin duck pancake kit, OR some crispy duck and pancakes up to you
2 shallots/1 small onion, sliced thinly
Cucumber, sliced thinly
Spring onions, sliced thinly
Sesame seeds
Chilli flakes
Lime wedges

– Fry the shallots/onion in a frying pan until soft, then add in the ‘duck’ and fry for 5mins until hot and crispy
– Add in half the hoisin sauce packet/1tbsp hoisin sauce
– Add some duck mixture and spring onion to the middle of a pancake wrapper
– Wrap up your pancakes tightly using some water to make sure the edges stick together (should make 10)
– I air fried mine for 8mins on high, OR you could bake them for 10mins at 180C preheated oven, OR fry them until crispy (3mins each)
– Serve alongside more spring onion, cucumber, the remaining sauce, sesame seeds, chilli flakes and lime, and dig in to the cronch!
