Dosa – a thin and crispy crepe made from rice and urad dal flour (black lentils), served with Coconut chutney and Sambar is a match made in heaven!

Ingredients-
for 2-3 people
1 cup rice flour
½ cup urad dal flour
water as required to make batter
salt to taste
oil .

combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and pour water slowly, about a cup at a time and start mixing. Add more water as required and mix into a thick flowing batter. Allow this to ferment for 6-7 hours in warm place. Oil the dosa pan, mix the soda batter well and make dosa on the hot pan, add oil as needed. Once the underside turns golden, flip. Serve with chutney.
