They are super easy to make and you can modify the recipe based on your preferences and they are loaded with protein, fiber, and healthy fat.

Recipe:
10 soft medjool dates pitted
1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
2 scoops chocolate protein powder (link in bio)
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup cashews
1/8 cup chia seeds
1/8 cup flax seeds
Pinch of salt
Pinch of cinnamon
Unsweetened coconut flakes for rolling

In a food processor, combine all ingredients except coconut flakes. Consistency should be that you can easily roll into balls. If needed add a drop of warm water or refrigerate if it needs to stick together better. Roll into balls and then roll in coconut flakes. Delish!
