Do you have different food cravings from time to time? I’ve been craving chocolate and peanut butter for the past few weeks 🍫 To still my craving I decided to bake a Pecan Chocolate Chip Banana Bread and it came out really well! Ingredients:
Grease spray for the pan
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of honey (or sweeter to taste)
1 teaspoon of bourbon vanilla
1 stick of unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of Himalayan salt
1/2 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips
2 handfuls of crushed roasted pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease your loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, vanilla, butter, eggs, honey and brown sugar. In a seperate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add the dry mixture to the banana mixture. Mix well and pour into your pan. Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean! 🍌
