Dhansak Korma using @riverford organic veg box ?
Decided to give an organic veggie box a go and have to say the veggies have sooooo much flavour off perf for a veggie curry, you could taste all the individual ingredients and the curry spices ? exactly what I love!!!!
We had the medium box from @riverford this week and used the onion, carrot, spinach & potato (and bought a cauli extra cause well cauli in curry is penggggg)
