Delicious Vegan cocoa dalgona coffee !!
Instant Coffee powder -3tbsp
Beet Sugar -3tbsp
Cocoa powder -2tbsp
Chopped almonds (garnish)
Chocolate sauce (garnish)
♡In a bowl, add 3 tbsp of instant coffee powder, beet sugar, water and beat it well with a hand whisk (15 minutes) or electric beater.
♡Beat till you get a fluffy whipping cream consistency.
♡Take some of the fluffy cream in another bowl, add 2 tbsp of cocoa powder and whisk well for 5 minutes.
♡To a glass add some chilled almond milk, some fluffy coffee cream and a spoon of cocoa mixture.
♡Garnish with some soaked, peeled and finely chopped almonds on top.
♡You can also sprinkle some cocoa powder on top.
♡I have made chcocoalte syrup with cocoa powder, sugar and water. I have used it to decorate the glass on the sides.
♡Mix it well to drink. Enjoy!
