@deepsea7476 Vegan Quinoa Butternut Squash Salad

If you are a Quinoa lover, this is yet another simple and warm salad recipe. It uses simple ingredients and can be changed according to your taste. Enjoy this warm and delightful salad during winter.

🌼🌼Recipe:
1 cup red Quinoa
2 cups peeled and chopped butternut squash
1/2 cup sweet peppers chopped
1 tbsp Dark Robust maple syrup
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp red chili flakes
Salt to taste
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

🌼🌼Cook Quinoa and add in the mixing bowl. In a pan, sauté Butternut Squash and sweet pepper in olive oil. Add garlic powder and little bit salt.
Add these cooked veggies to the Quinoa. Add fresh parsley, walnuts, red chili flakes, salt to taste and maple syrup and mix well until well combined. Serve warm.
