Day 139 – Friday….where have you been ?
My butt cheeks are smarting from yesterday’s workout but it did not stop me from my 30 mins on the treadmill before work.
Today was Riverford delivery day which I always love, this brings new and never before seen ingredients to include in next weeks menu…it’s going to be a corker!
Enjoying a well deserved Gin this evening and looking forward to a lovely walk tomorrow in my local area.
Breakfast: Overnight Oats with Apple & Cinnamon
Lunch: Bagel Thin with Tofu, Cream Cheese, Lettuce & Tomato
Dinner: Tofu Katsu Curry with Basmati Rice & Buttered Greated Beetroot
In-Betweens: Gin & SLT with Ryvita, Cream Cheese & Cucumber for Supper – If required
