Day 13 Stuffed paneer capsicum/Bell pepper
Keto friendly/gluten-free/vegetarian
Ingredients:-
Bell peppers,spring onions,paneer, coriander leaves,cheese,salt,spices
Method:-
1. Slice the bell peppers from the top section and remove aal seeds.keep them aside.
2. Place a pan over medium flame pour olive oil .once the oil is hot enough add onions in it. Saute till they appear cooked
3. Now add paneer,salt spices, cumin powder to the pan. Saute for 5-7 min. Once the mixture is cooked well,fill it in the sliced bell peppers.
4. Put these Bell peppers in baking tray put in pre heated oven. Bake for 10-12min.
5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
