✨Dark Choc Chunk Super Seed Bar✨
My latest creation for @bennettonaturalfoods is this delicious, wholefoods bar which makes for a nutritious snack, and even a thoughtful Christmas gift if wrapped up in a cute jar with a ribbon.
2 cups hemp seeds
1 cup puffed millet, or puffed quinoa, or puffed rice
½ cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup chia seeds
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
¾ of an exceptionally dark Bennettos bar, or hazelnut bar, broken or chopped into small pieces
¼ cup rice malt syrup, or maple syrup
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. In a bowl, combine together all the ingredients and stir until fully coated and integrated with the syrup. Line a slice tray with baking paper and turn out the mixture. Place another piece of baking paper on top and press down firmly and evenly into the tin.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Allow to cool, refrigerate to help the process along. Slice into desired sized bars and store in an air-tight container for up to 10 days. EnJOY!✨
