МАРРОКАНСКИЙ ТОМАТНЫЙ СУП С ФРИКАДЕЛЬКАМИ ИЗ ЧЕЧЕВИЦЫ – это ?, рецепт на Русском листайте вправо ➡️ MAROCCAN TOMATO SOUP WITH LENTIL BALLS – it’s my ? and it’s vegan, glutenfree and so delicious recipe even so simple. I am in love with spices as it’s endless process of incredible tastes?

8-10 lentil balls ingredients:
* 80 gr of green lentil soak overnight and cooked after
* 1 clove chopped
* 0,5 tsp of paprika
* 0,5 tsp of coriander
* 1 tbs of flax + 3 tbs of water mix together and set aside for 3-5 min
* Salt and pepper

Soup ingredients:
* Can of tomatoes 400 gr
* 300 gr of veggies stock
* 2 big fresh tomatoes
* 1 clove
* 1 big onion
* 1 tsp of ras el hanout Moroccan spices (optionally)
* Salt and paper
* 0,5 tsp of coconut sugar
* Parsley/coriander
* Olive oil

1. Dice onion, fresh tomatoes and clove into cubes and set aside. 
2. Preheat a pot over medium heat with olive oil.
3. Add diced onion and garlic to the pot and saute 2-3 min until transparent.
4. Add tomatoes, spices and saute for a couple of minutes.
5. Add the tomatoes from can and hot water or vegetable stock and keep boiling. 
6. Add salt, pepper and stir well. 
7. Simmer for a 12-15 minutes with low heat.
8. Take soup off heat and blend it until there is no more chunks.
9. Taste, if you need to add more salt.
10. Meanwhile Preheat 200° oven.
11. Blend all ingredients for the lentil balls, roll the balls by hands and put on the baking tray.
12. Bake the balls about 7-10 min and put into the soup.
13. Serve with love ❤️ fresh parsley and Coriander?
