Crunchwrap Time❕
Simple Beefless Crunchwrap
[servings: 2]

::Beefless Beef::
1 1/2 cups of @gardein beefless ground
1/2 tbs water
1/4 tbs taco seasoning
.
Cook @gardein beefless ground according to instructions on medium with water and seasoning. Set aside when finished.

::Beans::
1 can refried beans
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
splash of soy milk

Cook beans on medium with the soy milk, garlic powder and paprika. After it has heated, you can transfer the beans to a mixing bowl and blend with a hand mixer for a couple minutes to make it more creamy 😋.

::Other Ingredients::
Tostada
Tomatoes
Lettuce
@goodfoods queso style style dip
@goodfoods guacamole
Vegan sour cream

Assembly
1- Lay out a burrito tortilla and spread some beans in the center in a small circle (you will have leftovers). Place beefless ground on top of the beans and top with tostada. Next layers will be vegan sour cream and @goodfoods queso.
2- Gently fold in the edges of the burrito in parts, approximately 6 folded sides.
3- Slowly place on a pan on medium low heat with the folded side down for ~2 mins then flip on the other side ~2 mins.
4- Arrange on plate and top as you please! I topped with shreds of lettuce, tomatoes and guacamole.
