? Crispy Masala Potatoes ? The only thing missing with this dish is monsoon! ?❤️ But well; winter is coming. And it will do too. It’s perfect for snacking, or as an accompaniment with tge main course or even a party Starter when you are entertaining some guests! It’s simple, crunchy and very versatile as you can season it in an Indian way or Italian/Lebanese way! And the best part is I’ll give you all the options! ?❤️

Tips & Tricks:
1. Use Sweet Potato instead of Potato to make a healthier version.
2. You may use a Non-stick instead of oven/air frier. Just brush oil and let it roast on both sides till brown.

Ingredients: (1 Medium Plate Serving)
? 2 Medium Sized Potatoes/Sweet Potato
(Peeled & Thinly Sliced)
? 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
? Indian Seasoning: Salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, black pepper & chat masala
? Italian Seasoning: Salt/rock salt, Black pepper, dry oregano, red chilli flakes & dry basil/Rosemary
? Lebanese Seasoning: Salt/rock salt, Za’atar Or Sumac and Smoked Paprika

Recipe:
1. Take thinly sliced Potatoes or sweet potatoes, pour olive oil, add seasoning. Mix & coat them well on both sides with oil & seasoning.
2. Bake in preheated oven at 180° C for 15-20 minutes (flipping halfway) or until they turn golden brown. You can make them in aj air frier too!
