Try this protein chocolate chip low-carb cookie recipe made with @livbody protein powder!
Ingredients
1 cup chocolate butter of choice
1 cup almond or coconut flour
1 large egg OR ground chia
2 tbsp @livbody chocolate protein powder ( use code HELLYA20 for 20% off )
1/4 cup chocolate chips of choice optional
Cinnamon sprinkled on top (optional)
– Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
– Mix all of your ingredients together until fully combined.
– Roll dough into balls and place on baking sheet, lightly press cookies down to flatten but not all the way.
– Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges become cooked.
– Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the sheet for 20 minutes
*For the vegan/egg-free version, swap the egg for 3-4 tablespoons of ground chia seed- Start with 3 tablespoons and increase to 4 if too thin
