craving pb? always.. I bet your girl scouts don’t have these tagalongs-

preheat oven to 350°

for the cookie:
1/2 cup almond flour 1/2 cup oat flour (you can also use 1 cup of white or whole wheat flour)
2 TBSP honey/maple syrup
3 TBSP coconut oil/any oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
– mix all ingredients and roll into balls. Flatten out and press a thumbprint in the middle. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.

pb filling-
Melt down your fav but butter- @justins cinnamon almond butter works wonders. once your cookies cool, pour your desired amount into the center of the cookie. Refrigerate or freeze for atleast 30 minutes, or until PB hardens.

dip it in chocolate-
melt down about 1/2 cup of your fav dark chocolate with a spoon full of coconut oil. Dip your cookies, let them harden and enjoy 🥵
