Crab cake with Spinach and Arugula salad with creamed corn.

Crab cakes are easy to make. They are one of my favorites to eat.

Ingredients:
1 can of lump crab meat
2 tsp of dijon mustard
1 tsp of mayo
1/4 of garlic powder
1/4 onion powder
1 tsp of bread crumbs
1 1/4 tsp of Old Bay season
1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
1 egg

Recipe:
Place crab meat into a bowl. Add, garlic powder, onion powder and old bay. Whip the egg in another bowl then pour into bowl with crab. Next gently fold crab into egg mixture. Be careful not to break the crab up. Then add bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, mayo and dijon mustard. Fold into the crab to mix. Next, scoop out about a hefty tablespoon and shape into a a patty and place on a cooking sheet. Then let it sit in the refrigerator for best results for about 1 hour. After an hour, pan fry in a cast iron skillet for 3 minute on each side over medium heat. Then prepare your salad and creamed corn. Place crab cake on top and sprinkle with Italian parsley. Then serve😊.
