Baked oats are the best! They literally taste like cake! For this baked oats recipe I used @myproteinnl cookies and cream protein pancake mix. I had some issues with this mix before, but I really like it now. I use it as a normal protein powder instead of a pancake mix. The cookies and cream flavour is so delicious!???

This recipe is suitable for lactose intolerant people like me. You can make the recipe vegan by using vegan yoghurt. It is possible to substitute the egg with a flaxegg. (A flaxegg is 1 tbsp flaxseeds with 3 tbsp of hot water). Let this sit in the fridge for a few minutes.
This will change the macro’s a little. ?

Ingredients:
✔40 g oats
✔1 egg
✔50 ml @alpro almond unsweetened milk
✔50 ml @arla lactofree yoghurt
✔30 g @myproteinnl cookies and cream pancake mix (you can use another protein powder)
✔1 tbsp flaxseeds
✔0.5 tsp baking powder
✔1 piece of 85% dark chocolate (I used lindt excellence 85%, which is vegan)

How to:
Preheat the oven on 180°C. Cut the dark chocolate in small pieces. Add all the ingredients to a bowl except for the small chocolate pieces. Mix the ingredients until well combined. Put the mixture in a small oven dish. Put the small pieces of chocolate on top. You can also mix this through the mixture but I like them on top
Bake the oats for around 20 minutes. When it is ready you can put toppings on top or leave it like this. ??

Toppings:
✔1 dark chocolate biscuit (can use a vegan biscuit)
