COLD BREW LAVENDER CHOCOLATE CAKE RECIPE ๐Ÿ’œ V + GF + Refined Sugar Free ๐Ÿ‘‡

DRY:
2 cups of GF Flour
1 cup Tapioca Flour
1/2 cup cacao powder
3/4 cup of coconut sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp lavender, dried and crushed

WET:
2 cups of cold brew
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tbsp white vinegar

1. Separately, mix all dry and wet ingredients. Add wet to dry and mix well.
2. In two 6 inch pans or one 9 inch bake at 350 for 25/30 minutes and allow to cool.

FROSTING

1/4 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup of maple or honey
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted.

1. Mix maple and cacao powder, until smooth
2. Add coconut oil.
3 Refrigerate until it solidifies and you can spread. Make sure your cake is cool enough as well.

Refrigerate and allow to set an decorate however you feel inspired to๐Ÿ˜‰
