Classic yoghurt bowl with homemade granola. Yoghurt bowls are definitely one of my favourite breakfasts. Takes so little time to make and it looks really aesthetic when topped with good vibrant berries!!

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cup rolled oats
• 1 cup quinoa puffs
• 1/3 cup chopped nuts/ seeds (walnuts, cashews, almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds etc.)
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• Goji berries (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat the oven to 165 degrees celscius and line baking tray with baking paper.
2. Chop up your desired type of nuts and seeds. You can add some dried Golgi berries if you want.
In a mixing bowl, Add in your rolled oats, quinoa puffs, chopped nuts and maple syrup. Evenly coat everything and bake it for about 15-20 minutes, mixing it during the half way mark.
3. Let it cool for about 10 minutes and store it in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge for a longer shelf life.
