~ Classic Vegan Slice ~

~ classic vegan slice ~

Ingredients:
1 cup almonds, blended to flour
1/2 cup sunflower seeds, blended to flour
1/2 cup pepitas, blended to flour
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/2 cup pitted dates, soaked in warm water for 10 minutes and drained
1/2 cup rice malt syrup
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Pinch of salt
200g vegan chocolate

Method:
1. Place almond flour, sunflower seed flour, pepita flour and hemp seeds in a mixing bowl. Add vanilla essence, cinnamon, a pinch of salt and peanut butter.
2. Blend drained dates with rice malt syrup and add to bowl. Mix.
3. Press mixture into a lined small tin or container. I used a rectangular glass food container.
4. Melt chocolate and pour over the top. Place in fridge to set for an hour before slicing. Sprinkle salt flakes on top if desired. Enjoy 💗
