Cinnamon Spice Chia Pudding

This is my first time making chia pudding and it was such a nice change!!

Ingredients:
– 1/4 cup chia seeds
– 1 1/2 cups almond milk
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon
– 1/4 tsp ground ginger, all spice, ground cloves, nutmeg
– 1 tbsp maple syrup
– 2 dates, chopped

The night before, add everything to a bowl and whisk. Allow to sit for five minutes and then stir again. Put in a closed container and leave in the fridge overnight.

The next morning, transfer to a cup or bowl and top with whatever you would like! I did frozen raspberries, almonds, chopped walnuts, shredded coconut, and more maple syrup.
