Chunky falafel ? (no food processor needed)
(makes 10)

Ingredients:
~ 1 can chickpeas ~ 2 garlic cloves
~ 2tsp fresh coriander
~ 1/4 onion
~ 1tbsp ground cumin
~ 2tbsp plain flour (can substitute with oats) .
Method:
1. Drain chickpeas, move into a bowl and mash with a fork.
2. Chop garlic and onion into super small pieces. As small as you can get them. Add to mashed chickpeas.
3. Roughly chop coriander and along with Cumin and flour add to the chickpea mix. Salt and pepper to taste.
4. Mix it all well with your hand and shape into 10 falafels.
5. Cook in hot oil until brown. . ?Super duper quick and yummy meal. Can serve it in a wrap, pita pocket or just on their own. My favourite combo is in a pita with hummus and some hot sauce. ?️?.
