CHOCOLATE PROTEIN PUDDING 🍫🥄 (vegan)
This protein-packed single serve chocolate pudding requires just 4 main ingredients & takes 5 minutes to make. Just need to blend the ingredients & serve!

INGREDIENTS (for 1):
✔️1/2 cup almond milk
✔️30g protein powder* (chocolate works best, or alternatively vanilla)
✔️1 medium frozen banana
✔️3 tbsp cocoa powder
✔️Pinch of sea salt
➡️Adjust sweetness as needed by adding your preferred sweetener or blend a date with the other ingredients. I didn’t find that mine needed it as the protein powder is sweet enough!
*I used @bulkpowders vegan protein powder.
1️⃣Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. I find that cutting the frozen banana into small pieces makes it easier to blend.
2️⃣ Place in the fridge to thicken for 1 hour (or serve immediately if you cannot wait 😋) – ENJOY!
I topped mine with some shaved dark chocolate, cacao nibs, raspberries & fresh mint.
