CHOCOLATE GINGERBREAD PROTEIN TRUFFLES 🍫by @foodiefittwinmummy 🧡⁠

Ingredients⁠
3/4 cup almond flour⁠
1 scoop dark choc vegan protein⁠
1 tbs coconut sugar⁠
1 tsp cinnamon⁠
1/4 tsp ginger⁠
1/4 tsp all spice⁠
2 tbs gingerbread syrup⁠
2 tbs gingerbread almond butter⁠
2 tbs almond milk⁠
50g 85% dark protein chocolate⁠

🧡 Mix together all the dry ingredients in one bowl⁠
🧡 Whisk together the almond butter, syrup and milk in another bowl⁠
🧡 Combine the two and stir until you get a thick cookie dough⁠
🧡 Using a small cookie scoop, scoop and roll in to balls⁠
🧡 Place in the freezer for 20 mins⁠
🧡 Meanwhile melt chocolate in 30 second intervals in the microwave and add a teaspoon of coconut oil⁠
🧡 Roll the balls completely in the chocolate and pop back in the freezer to set, add another drizzle to make them look fancy 😏⁠
🧡 Keep in the fridge for a week or more.⁠
