Ingredientsā
3/4 cup almond flourā
1 scoop dark choc vegan proteinā
1 tbs coconut sugarā
1 tsp cinnamonā
1/4 tsp gingerā
1/4 tsp all spiceā
2 tbs gingerbread syrupā
2 tbs gingerbread almond butterā
2 tbs almond milkā
50g 85% dark protein chocolateā

š§” Mix together all the dry ingredients in one bowlā
š§” Whisk together the almond butter, syrup and milk in another bowlā
š§” Combine the two and stir until you get a thick cookie doughā
š§” Using a small cookie scoop, scoop and roll in to ballsā
š§” Place in the freezer for 20 minsā
š§” Meanwhile melt chocolate in 30 second intervals in the microwave and add a teaspoon of coconut oilā
š§” Roll the balls completely in the chocolate and pop back in the freezer to set, add another drizzle to make them look fancy šā
š§” Keep in the fridge for a week or more.ā
