CHOCOLATE-FILLED CINNAMON MICROWAVE PROTEIN BREAKFAST BUN // Sometimes Sundays are for slow breakfasts and sometimes they are for quick ones! Today called for a quick one … I ended up staying in bed until 8:45 which never happens and lazing about with a coffee! So there’s nothing better than a breakfast that’s ready in a matter of minutes.
This cinnamon bun is filled with oozing chocolate and it tastes amazing!

50g spelt flour
20g @awesomesupps Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder
70g banana, mashed
1/2 tsp @droetkerbakes
1/4-1/2 tsp @organicburst True Cinnamon (add desired quantity depending on taste)
10ml @alpro Unsweetened Almond Milk
20g @lindtuk 70% Dark Chocolate

Mash the banana in a bowl and add in all the other ingredients except the chocolate. Mix and knead everything together until it forms a ball. Half the dough and pat it out. Add the two chocolate pieces one of top of the other onto the middle. Then cover with the remaining dough shaping it into a flatten ball. Microwave on a plate for 1–1.5 minutes on full power. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes before eating.
