🍪CHOCOLATE CHIP OATMEAL COOKIES🍪
Had another busy week of lectures, so made a batch of these breakfast cookies🥰
The oats in this recipe keep you fuller for longer and the banana makes them extra sweet moist 🤤
I couldn’t be happier that the gyms are finally open. Whilst I’m definitely not as strong as I was before lockdown I definitely havnt lost as much strength compared to the first lockdown. My energy levels were very low, and this is likely due to being on such low calories for a long period of time. I’m so looking forward to seeing some progress through this lean bulk and Ill be posting about my cutting experience soon.
Recipe – makes 12
52g @phd salted caramel plant protein
70ml unsweeted coconut milk (@alpro)
@freeish_sugar_free orange chocolate
1 tsp baking powder
Mash the banana and add the oats and protein powder.
Add some milk until all ingredients are combined and you can form a dough. Add the sweetener, baking powder and chocolate chips.
Roll into 12 balls and flatten with ur palm on a baking tray.
Bake at 180C for 20 mins or until golden brown.
Store in the fridge and microwave before eating 😍 best served with yoghurt and fruit.
