chocolate chip, hazelnut cupcakes!? i decided to switch up ingredients while i was prepping my cupcakes and let me tell you that they turned out so so good!! i also tried to use as less ingredients as possible in order to keep them as clean as possible!

vegan✅
gluten-free✅
dairy-free✅

ingredients:
? 1/2 cup apple banana sauce (you can use apple sauce)
? 3 eggs (you can use flax eggs)
? 1/4 cup peanut butter
? 1 tsp vanilla extract
? 3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
? 2 cups almond flour
? 1/4 cup chopped pecans and hazelnut
?2 tsp cinnamon
? 3 tsp baking soda
? 1/4 cup chocolate chips
and that’s it!

directions-

1- in a bowl, whisk together the apple banana sauce, eggs, peanut butter and vanilla extract until fully combined.

2- Fold in almond flour, baking soda and cinnamon.

3- Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped pecans.

4- line a muffin tray and divide the batter into 8-12 muffin cups and sprinkle the crunch hazelnut on top of the cupcake.

5- bake for 25 minutes at 160 degrees celsius.
