3 Ripe bananas
¼ cup Melted vegan butter
½ cup Maple syrup
¼ tsp Salt
1 ½ tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Almond milk
1 cup Quick Oats
1 ½ cups Oat Flour
½ cup Vegan Chocolate Chips
1. Preheat Oven to 350
2. In one large bowl, mash bananas and Use a whisk or fork to mix Bananas with all ingredients except oats, oat flour, and chocolate chips.
3. Then, mix in oats and oat flour until a batter forms. Finally, fold in chocolate chips and pie the batter into 8-10 muffin tins.
4. Bake for about 25 minutes
