Chocolate berry tart ???by @bake.eat.vegan

150g dates
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup almond flour
3 tbsp water
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
3 tsp raw cacao powder

Soak dates in hot water for about 20 minutes. After that, blend them together until smooth. Add about 3 tablespoons of the water you soaked your dates in, and blend some more. Combine the date paste with the remaining ingredients and press the mixture into a lined tart form. Keep in the freezer while you make the berry layer.

250g frozen mixed berries
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp agar agar powder

Put berries and agar agar powder in a saucepan and heat up until they dissolve. Bring to a boil, add chia seeds and cook for a few more minutes. Pour the mixture onto your base and refrigerate while you make the final layer.

1 can coconut milk
200g almond butter
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
1/2 bar dark chocolate (melted)
1 tbsp sweetener
1 tsp agar agar powder

Melt almond butter in a saucepan. Pour in coconut milk, melted chocolate, add cacao powder and mix well. Leave to cool off. Once it’s room temperature, add agar agar powder and sweetener and bring to a boil. Cook for about 10 minutes while stirring constantly. Once it’s done, pour your mixture over the berry layer. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, but preferably overnight. Decorate with shaved chocolate and raspberries. Enjoy ❤️
