INGREDIENTS:⁣
Process 1/2c rolled oats until powdery-like flour. Reserve in separate bowl. Process 1-15 oz can chickpeas (drained, reserving liquid) with 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp chili powder. Pulse until crumbly. Add 1/4c cooking liquid/liquid from can + 1 tbsp olive oil + 1/2 cup of the oat flour (prepared earlier) and pulse until a ball forms. Form equal sized patties. Press in toasted breadcrumbs until well coated and either bake at 375F about 20 minutes, or pan fry or cook in air fryer until golden.🌱 ⁣
