For the porridge:

– 1 portion oats & equivalent oat milk
– 1/2 mashed banana
– 2tsp chia seeds
– pinch salt

For the cinnamon apple:

– 1 small apple 🍏
– 1tsp coconut oil πŸ₯₯
– 1tsp maple syrup
– 1-2tsp cinnamon

Get all the ingredients in a frying pan on medium-high heat and cook whilst you prepare the porridge.

Toppings:

– @coconutcollab plain yog
– goji berries
– mixed seeds
– hemp seeds
– desiccated coconut πŸ₯₯
