Chia pudding for breakfast is my new favorite.
It’s keeping me feeling energetic through to lunch and satisfying my tastebuds as well.

Today I tried the White organic Chia seeds and it turned out great.

I prepared the chia pudding overnight by adding my homemade Oat milk to the chia seeds in a glass container.

In the morning, I poured the chia pudding in a bowl and I added the following ingredients:
– maple syrup (essential if you want sweetness)
– a banana.
– goji berries.
– a spoonful of organic peanut butter (no sugar or oil added).
– a few fresh blueberries.
– pumpkin seeds.
– sunflower seeds.

Have a great morning and remember to switch cow’s milk with any plant milk you prefer.
