CHEDDAR BAY BISCUITS .

I admittedly have never tried them. Red Lobster was not a restaurant I frequented in my life but why pass up the opportunity to make a delicious cheesy herb filled Biscuit! .

Ingredients

2 Cups of Flour

1 Tbsp of Baking Powder

1/2 tsp of Salt

1 tsp of Onion Powder

2 tsp of Garlic Powder

1 1/2 tsp of Old Bay Seasoning

2 tsp of Sugar

2 Tbsp of Parsley chopped

1 cup Plant Milk

1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1/3 cup plus 2 Tbsp melted Butter

2 cups @followyourheart Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Pepper to taste

Topping:

2 Tbsp of Vegan Butter melted

1 Tbsp of Parsley chopped

1/2 tsp of Garlic Powder

Directions
1. Add the Apple Cider Vinegar to the Plant Milk and set aside .
2. In a large bowl mix together the Flour, Baking Powder, Salt, Spices and Sugar. .

3. Pour the Melted Butter into the Milk before adding it to the Flour mixture

4. Gently stir to combine and before fully combined add in the Cheddar Cheese. Mix until all the dry ingredients have been incorporated. .

5. Scoop out the biscuits onto a large baking sheet using a large spoon or ice cream scoop. Gently press each biscuit down so they are slightly less round.

6. Bake at 450 for 10 -13 minutes

7. As soon as they come out of the oven, brush with the melted Butter, Parsley and Garlic mixture and serve.
