CHATPATA SOYA CHUNKS (DRY)

Soya beans are the most important beans in the world economically as they contribute into many products for providing vegetable based protein. They are good source of protein and helps in reducing the risk of many diseases .

INGREDIENTS ?
?1 cup raw soyachunks (measuring cup)
?1/4th cup curd
?1 large onion ? thinly sliced
?1 capsicum ? thinly sliced
?1 tomato ? thinly sliced
?6/7 garlic cloves ? minced
?green chillies slits as per taste
?2 tblspn olive oil
?3 tblspn fresh coriander with stems ? + coriander to garnish
?red chilly powder, turmeric, coriander powder & garam masala as per your taste with salt
?1 tspn cumin n mustard seeds

PROCESS ?
✔️start with boiling water in a pot with salt and once it’s bit warm add raw chunks . Boil them till 2..3 boils and then rinse them through clear water
✔️squeeze out all the water from it &keep aside
✔️take a wok &start with heating oil and add cumin mustard seeds to splutter and add sliced onions green chilli and garlic .sauté till they are golden
✔️next add capsicum , coriander wit stems and tomatoes sliced
✔️in a bowl then mix curd with all the mentioned spices and whisk till creamy
✔️add this curd mix and cook till curd is properly cooked
✔️cook it well and add boiled chunks to it and cook on high flame for 6/7 minits
✔️garnish with some more fresh coriander and serve hot !
