Casserole and dumplings, nice and cosy!

RECIPE:
(Any veg you want but this is what I used)
Potatoes
Carrots
Cauliflower
Peas
Sweet potato
Butternut squash
Vegetable stock/broth
Gardein beefless grounds
Onion
Garlic
Onion gravy granules
Onion powder, garlic powder, rosemary, parsley, salt and pepper, nutritional yeast, chives.

Chop all your veg and put all your ingredients in a tin, season and cover with your veg stock or broth. Put in oven on a low temperature, covered, for at least an hour and a half but can leave longer. Add the dumplings with 20-30 minutes left; uncover for 5 minutes to go crispy.

Dumplings: 1 cup self raising, 100g plant butter, 3tbsp water. Combine flour and butter with fingertips until fine like breadcrumbs, add water and mix together. Spoon in dumpling mix on top of casserole when thereโ€™s 20-30 minutes left.
