Caramelized Onion Nachos, perfect for a poolside lunch, at least here in sunny California ☀️

Ingredients:
-2 tbsp olive oil
-4 onions, sliced
-2 tbsp sugar
-Corn tortillas
-avocado oil spray, I use @primalkitchenfoods
-1 can of pinto beans
-1 can of corn

Optional:
cilantro, chopped
sliced jalapeños, I use @mrsrenfros
ree drummond restaurant salsa
Avocados, diced
Limes

Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350
2. Put oil in a sauté pan over medium heat
3. Add onions, and cook for 30 minutes, adding 1 tbsp sugar at 7 and 20 minutes.
4. Cut corn tortillas into 6 triangles spray with avocado oil. Cook for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned.
5. Warm corn and pinto beans in microwave
6. Place chips in a layer, and layer all of the toppings
