Can’t Really Call This A Bibimbap Since It Doesn’t Have

Can’t really call this a bibimbap since it doesn’t have all the usual ingredients & colors that should be in this dish. Added a dollop of Gochujang (Korean Red Pepper Paste) & a teaspoon of sesame oil on top and this whole dish turned out to be quite delicious 😋


🌱 Pan-grilled hand-shredded king oyster mushrooms
🌱 Crispy oven-baked tempeh
🌱 Pickled cucumber with ginger & chili
🌱 Steam-fried broccoli with rice koji
🌱 Stir-fried crispy tofu & baby corns with ginger
🌱 Japanese short-grain rice
🌱 A dollop of Gochujang + a tsp of sesame oil drizzled on top
