Cami’s gluten-free brownie buns!

Not sure how but this morning this crazy idea popped in my head!

And here they are!

What you need: (to make buns)
.
• 1 1/4 C GF flour. .
• 3/4 C coconut yogurt
• 1/4 C sweetener of choice (I used allulose)
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)
.
.
Filling can be anything you like. I used 1 of my sugar free brownies broken up into pieces and a few sugar free chocolate chips.

.
Mix all your ingredients together then grease your hands to roll out the dough. Add in filling as you form them into “buns” place then on a nonstick pan (make sure you spray the pan or grease it) bake for 20 mins – 350!

I made 8! Calories will be different depending on your filling but without the filling each bun is 92 calories!
