you need:
50g oats
2tsp cacao cinnamon flavoured protein powder (you could also use cacao powder and cinnamon instead)
1tsp psyllium husks
1/3tsp carob gum (optional but makes the oats more creamy)
~450ml plant based milk/water
a pinch of salt
sweetener if needed

▢️ Add all the ingredients to a pot and bring it to a boil. let it thicken up on medium high heat while stirring occasionally. Add toppings.
