1๏ธโƒฃ 5 pcs mushroom (minced)
2๏ธโƒฃ 1/2 pc carrots (shredded)
3๏ธโƒฃ 3 cloves garlic (minced)
4๏ธโƒฃ 1 pc onion (minced)
5๏ธโƒฃ 400g yam (peel โžก๏ธ steam โžก๏ธ mash)
6๏ธโƒฃ 1 block firm tofu (~320g)
7๏ธโƒฃ 50g chickpea flour / rice flour / bean flour
8๏ธโƒฃ 2 tbsp olive oil
9๏ธโƒฃ 2 tsp pink salt & black pepper
๐Ÿ”Ÿ 2 tbsp chopped spring onion

๐ŸŒ Pan-fried 1๏ธโƒฃ2๏ธโƒฃ3๏ธโƒฃ4๏ธโƒฃ 1-2 mins until everything soft
๐ŸŒ In a large bowl, mix ALL ingredients well
๐ŸŒ Form the mixture into balls, flattening down into small cakes
๐ŸŒ Coat the cakes with flour
๐ŸŒ Place on a baking tray line with baking paper
๐ŸŒ Spray olive oil on the cakes
๐Ÿ”ฅ Bake 180ยบC for 30 min or till golden brown & crisp.
๐Ÿฅข Flip halfway through cooking.
