BUNS WITH VEGAN MILK
I absolutely love these buns cause they taste wonderful both with savory and sweet (pb&j) fillings. They are crunchy on the outside but super soft on the inside.

INGREDIENTS:
300gr Manitoba flour
150gr non-dairy milk
6gr brewer’s yeast
6gr salt
25gr oil
A pinch of sugar

METHOD:
-Melt the brewer’s yeast and the sugar in lukewarm non-dairy milk and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
-Add the milk and yeast to the flour and salt, then add the oil.
-Knead the ingredients until the dough is homogeneous.
-Leave it to rise at room temperature covered with a wet towel for a hour (until doubled in volume).
-Then form five or six buns (depending on how big you want them). In this phase be gentle and try to touch the dough as little as possible.
-Let the buns rise for another hour and then add some sesame and poppy seeds on top.
-Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30/35 minutes.
