Buffalo Tofu Salad 🥗

My Gluten Free Vegan Tofu Tenders Recipe:

Ingredients
– 1 block extra-firm tofu; I used @nasoya
– 1/2 cup gluten free breadcrumbs
– 1/3 cup sesame seeds
– 1/2 cup buckwheat flour; I used @peregnatural
– 1/2 cup of oat milk; @chobani is my fav
– Parchment Paper
– Seasoning: garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, parsley, paprika, salt & pepper
– Cooking spray; I used @pamcookingsprayofficial

Instructions
– Preheat air-fryer to 400 degrees F. ( I cooked in the air fryer)
– Break your tofu into nugget/tender like shapes (not too big), about the length of your thumb or in cubes
– Prepare one bowl with the buckwheat flour and oat milk – mix together.
– Prepare another bowl with GF breadcrumbs, sesame seeds and seasoning – mix together.
– Dip each piece of tofu in the buckwheat/oat milk mixture first, then roll in the bread crumb mixture until completely coated. Place gently on a parchment paper covered pan or plate depending if you are air frying or baking
– Bake in air fryer for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Use cooking spray!
– Oven method: bake on parchment paper at 400 degrees for 35 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
– Dip in the sauce of your choice! – I used Buffalo sauce:

– 1/3 cup of hot sauce; I used @franksredhot
– 2 tbsp of vegan butter substitute; I used @icantbelieveitsnotbutter
– 2 cloves of minced garlic
