Buckwheat Pancakes 🥞

This was my first time trying buckwheat flour, and it was SO yummy!!
What you need:
-2 Cups buckwheat flour
-3 Tbs sugar
-1/2 Tsp salt
-1 Tsp baking soda
-3 Tbs vegan butter
-1 egg (optional if you want them vegan)
-2 Cups unsweetened Oatmilk
•first start preheating you pan so it’s warm when you are ready to cook
•mix all dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking soda, salt) into a large bowl
•melt your butter and stir it into your dry ingredients
•the pour in your milk slowly (you may not need all of it) and mix in your egg if you are using it!
•coat you pan with olive oil and spoon in your batter to cook
•reduce your heat to medium-low and cook your cakes until they are golden brown on each side
•serve with butter and maple syrup and enjoy!!
