🤎Brownie Batter Cookies!⠀

These cookies are so chocolatey and moist! They are the perfect snack for when you are craving something sweeter! They are super easy to make, so I highly recommend them :)⠀
⁣⠀
Ingredients:⠀
– 1 chia egg (1 tbs of chia seeds with 3 tbs of water)⠀
– 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil⠀
– 1 over ripe banana mashed⠀
– 3/4 cup of melted dark chocolate⠀
– 1/4 cup of maple syrup⠀
– 1 tsp of vanilla⠀
– 1 cup of oat flour⠀
– 1 tsp of baking powder⠀
– 1/4 cup of cocoa powder⠀
– 1/4 tsp of salt⠀
⁣⠀
In a mixer, combine all of the ingredients together until and thick dough consistency is formed.⠀
⁣⠀
On a lined baking sheet, scoop cookie sized balls on to the sheet and gently flatten them!⠀
⁣⠀
Bake in the oven at 355 for about 10-12 minutes, they should be come chewy on the outside and soft on the inside!⠀
⁣⠀
I then sprinkled some powdered sugar on top, just for some extra fun!⠀
