Broccoli In Spicy Peanut Sauce recipe that you will adore.
2 Large Broccoli heads washed and chopped into long lenght pieces
4 Tb Water
1/2 Tb Sriracha sauce
2 Tb Tamari or Soy sauce
4 Tb Peanut butter
2 Tb Peanuts 🥜
1 Tsp white vinegar
2 Tb Pure Maple Syrup or Agave
1 Tsp ginger garlic paste
2 Tsp sesame seed oil
Place your Broccoli onto a non stick baking tray & then bake in the oven at 400F for 30 minutes
or until your desired cook & crunch on your broccoli
Spicy Peanut Sauce:
In a bowl mix all of your remaining ingredients together until everything in combined.
Heat 1 Tb of oil in a pan (medium heat)
Add in your peanut sauce and stir for 2minutes then add in your cooked broccoli and stir until all is combined.
I did garnish with sesame seeds & cilantro before serving however this step is optional.
