200 g oats
60 g coconut flakes
60 g almonds, chopped
20 g puffed amaranth
30 g coconut blossom sugar
2 tsp turmeric
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
50 ml coconut oil, melted
40 ml water
80 g banana chips
1. Preheat the oven to 160°C. Mix all dry ingredients except banana chips in a big mixing bowl.
2. Add water and coconut oil to the dry ingredients and mix until there are no dry parts left.
3. Spread granola onto a baking paper lined baking sheet and transfer to the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the granola has a golden brown color. (Hint: To ensure equal toasting rotate the baking sheet after 10 min.)
4. Let granola cool down completely on the baking sheet before transferring to a jar.
